I would use this hotel again.
Very convenient location to train station, buses, restaurants. Property was quiet and bed comfortable.
My single room was very small but that is to be expected in such an excellent location.

Great customer service!
Location was great, 2 mins walk from Paddington station. Very easy to get around. Staff were nice and friendly. We had an issue with the window first night, mentioned it the next morning and it was fixed when we got back later on that evening. Great service!
It's right on the road, not a main road but still busy enough so you can hear all the traffic. I'm from the country so I'm used to a silent night. But honestly, I'd still stay there again, it wouldn't stop me going back I'd just bring earplugs next time.

Clean rooms and good location
The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything in the hall and other rooms. Unfortunately we had a lot of noise really in the morning and late night during the entire stay. The beds are a bit too soft for me.

Good situation, a bit dated , and the underground trains can be hear from under or near room.
The hotel is well situated , with shops, restaurants, and underground near by. The room and the bathroom ok size, the beds quite comfy. Noisy from the underground metro,the bathroom screen needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok.Good for a short stay.
The bathroom needed a refit and a good spring cleaning, repaint the windows, room was ok but the rear view to a small courtyard quite dirty was a bit depressing.
